Our Practice Valuation, Sale/Purchase, and Transition Services are covered later.   On-Site Services Our work begins with a complete diagnostic of your practice including revenue, expenses, staffing, client and patient base, facilities, equipment, technology, and strategic planning. Next, we visit your practice, discuss the diagnostic results, present our recommendations, and then, with your input, develop a detailed plan of action for the coming year. We meet with all doctors and staff and make sure everyone is on board with the changes that are coming. Continue reading..... Distance Services Distance services are financially focused - fees, expenses, inventory, compensation - the cash flow in and out of your practice.
