Our On-Site Management Services are the most comprehensive services we provide and follow these steps:
We do a full diagnostic analysis of your practice using financial, employee, and systems
information obtained from you. Then we visit your practice for two to three days to discuss
the results of our analysis. We tour your facility to evaluate the efficiency of layout and
patient flow and meet with all doctors and staff to obtain their input and involvement. Our
staff meetings will also help us evaluate whether you have enough staff, if you have the right
people in the right positions, and who needs to be added or subtracted. After our visit, you
will receive a written Business Plan that details the implementation steps for the next 12 months.
Bi-monthly or quarterly telephone conferences follow to keep you on track and assure us, and
you, that all is well. In addition, if you need more help or information, we'll be sure you get it.
A one-year "health exam" measures your progress. We'll include an abbreviated analysis,
update our recommendations and fine-tune your business plan for the next twelve months. We'll
utilize our extensive industry knowledge to incorporate any changes in your personal or practice
goals or specific changes you want to make.
Our On-Site Services are mandatory when you want to address personnel issues such as office
communication and morale, workable management at the staff level, defining or redesigning employee
responsibilities, and operating efficiency. It's also best for strategic planning, ownership transition,
expanding your client and patient base, and resolving differences among owners.
All fees are quoted in advance, so you know your financial commitment before we begin.
