Distance Services do not involve a visit to your practice. They focus primarily on financial
issues versus people issues. These services have been designed to advise and guide in areas
such as your fee schedule, expense management, staff cost and compensation, associate compensation
and contracts, equipment purchases, facilities, and credit and collection.
Distance Services also begin with a full diagnostic analysis of your practice using financial,
employee, and systems information obtained from you. We then schedule two telephone conferences
to discuss the results of our analysis and identify the areas of opportunity that we’ll address
in your Business Plan. Bi-monthly implementation conferences follow over the next twelve months.
A one-year "health exam" measures your progress. We'll do an abbreviated analysis, identify new
areas of concern, and update our recommendations for the next twelve months. We'll include any
changes in your personal or practice goals, always incorporating our extensive industry knowledge.
All fees are quoted in advance, so you know your financial commitment before we begin.
